The sign industry has seen what some would call rapid advancements- with the application of technology, the increasing reliance on the computer, and cheaper plastic and vinyl materials. Still others, like myself, see these developments as detrimental to traditional sign craft and seek to preserve the methods and techniques of the 'old masters' of the sign world. As such, Stacy Atkins Fine Art & Design offers traditional sign-making to those who appreciate good old-fashioned craftsmanship - including hand-carved and sandblasted dimensional signs, gold-leaf, and artist quality hand-painting.

As an artist, it would seem that  some of these techniques have crept into my personal work; and in turn, I approach each new sign as its own work of art. Therefore, I use only the finest materials, and very simply, I spend every effort to provide the finest work possible.
